Diyana is a sports massage therapist with a genuine passion for supporting people on their wellness journey. She holds a Diploma in Sports and Exercise Science and the VTCT ITEC Diploma in Sports Massage, combining both knowledge of human movement and hands-on expertise to help clients recover, manage tightness, and improve overall mobility. In her practice, Diyana values a personalised and approachable style. She takes time to listen, understand each client's needs, and tailor her treatments to suit their goals, whether it's easing muscle soreness, supporting rehabilitation, or preparing the body for better performance. Her warm and empathetic nature makes sessions not only effective but also comfortable and encouraging for clients from all walks of life. Her active lifestyle also inspires her work. Through trekking, hiking, and team sports like basketball, Diyana understands firsthand the physical demands of movement and the importance of proper recovery. Outside of work, Diyana enjoys trekking and hiking, playing basketball and other sports, and collecting physical moments like photobooth strips.
