Lyn is a Pilates Instructor and Sports Massage Therapist with a strong focus on movement quality, injury prevention, and functional recovery. She works closely with clients to address pain, restore movement efficiency, and build strength in a safe, progressive manner. As a Polestar- and PAI-certified Pilates Instructor with more than a decade of experience, Lyn applies evidence-based movement principles to improve core stability, postural control, and overall functional capacity. Her sessions are tailored to individual needs, supporting clients across rehabilitation, performance enhancement, and long-term physical health. Lyn is also a Pre- and Postnatal Specialist, providing structured, appropriate exercise guidance for women during and after pregnancy. While Pilates builds strength, alignment, and control from the inside out, sports massage supports recovery and tissue health; integrating both sustains long-term movement wellbeing. Building on that balanced approach, Lyn is also certified in Advanced Sports Massage (Fhysio), using targeted soft-tissue techniques to relieve muscle tightness, improve mobility, and support recovery for active individuals and athletes. Outside of work, Lyn enjoys Muay Thai, calisthenics, and wakeboarding.

Gareth Chew

Principal Musculoskeletal Physiotherapist

Gareth graduated from the Trinity College of Dublin (Honors) programme and started his career in NTFGH. Working at an acute hospital, he has vast working experience, from musculoskeletal physiotherapy care to the intensive care unit. He believes in hands-on treatments such as movement with mobilisation, myofascial release techniques, trigger point dry needling, and spinal mobilisation techniques. It is equally important to him that his clients understand their condition better and have control over their recovery. As an athlete who used to represent his school in badminton and sprints, his childhood dream is to provide physiotherapy to young athletes, helping to preserve and optimise their physical and mental well-being throughout their sporting careers. Outside of work, Gareth enjoys running, cycling, and playing badminton.

Pei Xuan Lee

Pei Xuan is deeply passionate about enhancing the quality of life through personalized, evidence-based treatment plans. With a career spanning both public and private healthcare sectors, she has gained extensive experience working in Taipei and Singapore. This diverse background has allowed her to treat various conditions across various age groups successfully. Timothy Lye

After graduating from Trinity College Dublin (Honors) programme, Timothy started his career in NTFGH, where he had broad exposure to the many different disciplines within the acute setting. This experience taught him to work comfortably with patients of all age groups. A strong interest in musculoskeletal physiotherapy saw Timothy move on to polyclinics, where he treated mainly outpatient musculoskeletal issues. Timothy believes in a holistic physiotherapy programme consisting of various hands-on approaches and an evidence-based rehabilitation programme to help patients achieve their goals. His dedication and hard work have also earned him the 2018 Star Allied Health Professional Award in the Polyclinics. Outside of work, Timothy enjoys gymming, soccer, and playing music.

Zhen Fang Choy

Senior Sports Massage Therapist

Zhen Fang is a certified Sports Trainer with both a Diploma in Sports Massage and a Diploma in Education (NIE). Having always been an active individual, she found her calling as a Sports Massage therapist; whilst developing herself as an athlete, sports facilitator, and official. Zhen Fang believes that it is possible to play and work hard without unnecessary pain. Her passion lies in holistic health and manual therapy. She finds great satisfaction in being able to release muscle tension to alleviate her client’s pain and improve their range of motion. Through her years of practice, she has continuously improved her knowledge of musculoskeletal conditions affecting both sportsmen and office workers. Outside of work, Zhen Fang enjoys spending time trekking, enjoying nature, sailing, and solving jigsaw puzzles.

Jonathan Kong

Jonathan’s career journey began in education and sports, where he worked with student-athletes at a local polytechnic before transitioning to physiotherapy, supported by a sponsorship from Singapore General Hospital. His experience in a fast-paced acute tertiary hospital provided him with invaluable expertise in managing a wide range of conditions, including chronic diseases, musculoskeletal issues, and post-surgery rehabilitation. Jonathan enjoys treating a variety of musculoskeletal and sporting conditions, with a particular focus on lower limb injuries, especially knee issues such as osteoarthritis and ACL rehabilitation. Alongside patient education and manual therapy techniques, he strongly advocates for making exercise accessible to all. She started her career as a physiotherapist in an acute hospital, gaining diverse experience in the fields of orthopedics, geriatrics, general medicine, and musculoskeletal physiotherapy. Her caring and cheerful disposition has earned her a Service Ambassador Silver Award in her second year of work. Eunice believes in developing a holistic treatment plan to guide clients toward their rehabilitation goals and is committed to delivering the best possible care within her abilities. She derives joy from witnessing her clients’ progress towards better mobility and function. This serves as a constant source of motivation in her healthcare pursuits. Outside of work, Eunice spends much of her free time doing yoga, pilates, weightlifting, or simply spending quality time with her family. She also enjoys a good cup of matcha!

Faye Chan

Physiotherapist

Faye started her physiotherapy career in the intermediate long-term care setting with a scholarship from the Agency for Integrated Care. She graduated from the Singapore Institute of Technology with a BSc in Physiotherapy (Honours). Her experience in the community has brought her closer to possessing the skills needed to be a Physiotherapist who attends to the rising needs of our aging population. She saw a range of patients from the Chronic Sick Service unit to ambulatory older adults with Dementia. Growing up as a dancer, Faye developed a special interest in dance injuries. With more than 20 years of experience in dance, she believes that movement speaks volumes as a communicative tool and strives to serve individuals requiring restoration and improvement. She has also provided coverage for local and international performing artists on tour in Singapore. On top of her vast range of experience, Faye has also received recognition for her works, including winning awards such as the Promising Physiotherapist Award by the Singapore Physiotherapy Association in 2021 and the Singapore Healthcare Quality Service Award in 2023, to name a few. She also served as a council member of the Singapore Physiotherapy Association from 2022 to 2024 and has been an active sub-committee member since 2016. Joaan Loh Huiying

Having worked in both restructured hospitals and private clinics, Joaan has amassed extensive experience in treating patients with musculoskeletal, neurological, orthopedics, and geriatric conditions, as well as chronic disease management. Over the course of her career, Joaan has also developed a growing interest in women’s health physiotherapy. This interest was sparked by her own experience as a mother to her kids and her interaction with many female patients who are mothers themselves. Joaan believes in a collaborative yet patient-centered approach with her clients to not only achieve successful outcomes but also empower clients to move better and live better. With that, she adopts a range of manual techniques, evidence-based exercises, and education in order to achieve the best results. Joaan does calisthenics, matcha making, and hydroponics and spends time with her kids outside of work.

Yingbin Han

STOTT Pilates Certified Instructor

Yingbin attained a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology (with Honours) from NTU and has extensive experience as a Business Analyst across public and private sectors. She is passionate about fostering growth and expanding the clinic’s client base, focusing on identifying new business opportunities and cultivating strong relationships with key stakeholders. In addition to her business development role, Yingbin is a certified STOTT Pilates ® instructor who can teach on the Mat, Reformer, Cadillac, Chair, and Barre. She has participated in various workshops, including those at the Asia Pilates Summit 2024, where she gained more profound insights into topics such as Pilates for Scoliosis, knee exercise protocols, and Pilates for older clients. Natalie Seow

Physiotherapist

Natalie obtained her Bachelor’s Degree (Hons) in Physiotherapy from the Singapore Institute of Technology – Trinity College of Dublin. Her journey into physiotherapy was inspired by a series of sports-related injuries sustained during her competitive tenure in netball and tennis. She served as Captain of her University tennis team in 2022, leading the Women’s team to the Top 4 in the Singapore University Games. These personal challenges have given her a profound asset in understanding and addressing the unique setbacks faced by others. This also helped her appreciate the importance and art of proper rehab before returning back to activity. She believes in developing a cohesive and evidence-based rehab plan that is achievable yet enjoyable for clients in order for them to achieve their specific goals. Natalie also has sports experience, having worked pitch-side with JSSL FC, one of Singapore’s largest youth football academies, helping players from the Under 14-16 and Women’s teams play at their peak performance in competitions such as the Women’s Premier League. Additionally, Natalie has supported the JSSL Under 8-14 teams in international competitions with first aid, sports taping, and sports massage. Outside of work, you can find Natalie playing netball or tennis with her friends or reading with a cup of freshly whisked matcha.

Noorul Ain Gafoor

Ain graduated with a Bachelor’s Degree in Physiotherapy from Curtin University in Australia. During her studies, she attained placement on the Vice Chancellor’s list in 2024, a distinction awarded to the top 1% of students in the cohort based on exceptional academic performance. Her exceptional performance extended into quality patient care and distinctions throughout her placements in areas such as cardiorespiratory, women’s health, neuroscience, and musculoskeletal physiotherapy in both public hospitals and private clinics. Ain advocates for patient-centred care. Her cheerful and outgoing nature allows her to connect with clients to understand and address their needs effectively. She believes in delivering holistic treatment plans to support clients as they work towards reaching their rehabilitation goals and having autonomy over their progress. As an active individual, she understands the importance of clients returning to their sports and lifestyles post-injury. Casey Chester Koh

Physiotherapist

Casey has developed his clinical expertise at a highly established musculoskeletal clinic, paediatric centre, and sports teams. His vast experience places him in a unique position to provide specialised care to both adults and children. His key specialities in adult care include sports injuries and chronic low back pain. Casey’s strong background in sports is evident. Having attained the FIFA Diploma in Football Medicine, he provides expert care for both competitive and recreational football players. He has also volunteered in the Singapore National Para-Athletics Team, providing physiotherapy and sports conditioning to the track athletes. As a former competitive athlete, he has won the National ‘A’ Division Football Championships and competed in multiple Singapore Athletics cross-country and track events. Combining his competitive sporting experience and clinical knowledge, he helps athletes from injury rehabilitation to high-level performance. He also provides expert care in chronic musculoskeletal pain, in particular low back pain. Equipped with a full certification in Clinical Pilates by Dance Medicine Australia, he helps individuals with chronic low back pain regain motor control to return to their daily activities. Derrick Tan

Principal Neurology Physiotherapist

Derrick began his physiotherapy career at Tan Tock Seng Hospital, building his experience for nearly a decade across a wide range of specialties, including the ICU, cardiopulmonary and geriatric wards, and musculoskeletal outpatient services. But it was supporting patients in neurological rehabilitation that resonated most with him, which led him to spend much of his career in this area. During his time at the TTSH Rehabilitation Centre and the Clinic for Advanced Rehabilitation Therapeutics (CART), Derrick provided care for patients facing complex neurological conditions. These included stroke, brain injury, spinal cord injury, and rarer presentations such as systemic lupus erythematosus and functional neurological disorders. He was fortunate to learn from some of Singapore’s leading therapists - mentors he continues to hold in high regard. Through their guidance, he developed a keen clinical eye and a deep respect for collaborative, evidence-based care. Before becoming a physiotherapist, Derrick studied Chemical and Biomolecular Engineering, a background that has shaped his rehabilitation approach. He blends analytical thinking with empathy, with a focus on helping patients understand not just what they’re doing, but why it matters. His goal is always to support people in regaining confidence, movement, and control. Joshua Foo

Joshua graduated with a Bachelor of Science (Hons) in Physiotherapy from the Singapore Institute of Technology. His journey into physiotherapy began through years of active involvement in Singapore’s street dance and choreography scene, where recurring injuries deepened his appreciation for tailored rehabilitation. These experiences fuelled his desire to help others like him, individuals who were injured and eager to return to sport, recover with specificity and purpose, particularly in high-impact and performance-driven environments. During his time at the Singapore Institute of Technology, Joshua served as Vice President of D’Streak Flo Dance Club, where he led creative direction in choreography while also managing administrative responsibilities to support the club’s operations. He is a registered member of the Singapore Physiotherapy Association. Before becoming a physiotherapist, Joshua was a marketing intern at Heartland Rehab, where he was involved in content creation, combining physiotherapy knowledge with visual storytelling and graphic design to educate and engage the public. As a highly sought-after musculoskeletal specialist, Bernard is highly effective in the rehabilitation of both acute and chronic conditions, including post-surgical orthopedic recovery. His special interests include ergonomics, spinal pain, TMJ/jaw joint pain, and hip and knee conditions. Elica Hirayama

Elica worked for close to 7 years at Tan Tock Seng Hospital before joining Heartland Rehab. She has experience in the rehabilitation of patients with musculoskeletal, orthopedic, and neurological conditions; early mobilisation of patients in high-dependency wards after abdominal and thoracic surgery; and the rehabilitation and care of geriatric patients. She specializes in musculoskeletal physiotherapy, with a special interest in shoulder-related pain, knee and hip arthritis, and postoperative rehabilitation. She finds it meaningful to journey with her patients from the early stages after an operation to their return to the activities they enjoy. She also enjoys helping her older patients build strength, improve mobility, and enhance balance through exercises tailored to their needs. Having played competitive basketball and canoe polo, she incorporates her sports experience into her practice as a physiotherapist, treating sports injuries and helping people return to the sport they enjoy. Sean graduated from Curtin University with a Bachelor of Science in Physiotherapy with Honours. During his studies, he received the Curtin Merit Scholarship in recognition of academic excellence. His honours project, which explored positive biopsychosocial factors associated with pain protection, is currently undergoing publication in a scientific journal and will be presented at the World Pain Forum 2026. Sean is passionate about helping patients move better, recover with confidence, and return to the activities that matter most to them. He works with patients to prioritise the physiotherapy-related issues affecting their daily lives, reassure them through clear explanations of their condition, and individualise treatment based on their goals, lifestyle, and stage of recovery. He also focuses on measuring progress through meaningful outcomes, such as pain reduction, strength, mobility, confidence, and return to activity. Outside of work, Sean stays active through strength training at the gym, which complements his interest in movement, performance, and rehabilitation. Jonathan Wei Sheng Toh

Jonathan graduated with a Bachelor of Science (Hons) in Physiotherapy from the Singapore Institute of Technology. His passion for physiotherapy was sparked by his personal rehabilitation journey after sustaining a lower back injury during National Service, as well as his experience serving as a medic. These experiences inspired him to help others overcome their challenges, regain confidence in movement, and return to the activities that matter most to them. Prior to becoming a Physiotherapist, Jonathan worked as a Therapy Assistant at a community hospital, supporting patients through their inpatient and outpatient journeys and treating a wide range of medical and musculoskeletal conditions. Through his clinical attachments at various hospitals, he developed a keen interest in aiding the geriatric population, post-orthopedic surgery patients, and helping others manage lower back pain. He believes in delivering patient-centered care tailored to each individual's goals and functional needs. Adopting a biopsychosocial approach to rehabilitation, he recognises the importance of physical, psychological, and lifestyle factors in recovery, while emphasising clear communication, collaborative goal-setting, and active rehabilitation to help clients regain confidence in movement and return to meaningful daily activities. Outside of work, Jonathan enjoys unwinding by swimming, brewing coffee, teaching others latte art, and spending quality time with friends through online and tabletop games.

Darryl Goh

Senior Physiotherapist

With a decade of experience across community care, private practice, and hospital settings, Darryl has treated a wide range of musculoskeletal, neurological, orthopaedic, cardiopulmonary, and geriatric conditions. Early in his career, he focused on helping individuals with neurological conditions regain function and return to work or sports within the community, earning him the NCSS Social Service Award. He is dedicated to helping patients restore strength and mobility, enabling them to return confidently to their daily activities and active lifestyles. His growing interest in wellness has also led him to integrate yoga and Pilates principles into his rehabilitation approach, supporting holistic care and sustainable recovery. Darryl adopts a patient centred approach, tailoring every treatment plan to each individual's needs and goals. By combining evidence-based practice, movement retraining, and targeted exercise programmes with modern rehabilitation techniques, he strives to improve movement quality, reduce the risk of re-injury, and achieve lasting outcomes. He also believes in equipping patients with the knowledge and confidence to actively participate in their recovery and maintain their long-term health. Outside the clinic, Darryl enjoys staying active through tennis, HIIT workouts, and Pilates.

Jatinder Singh Kler

Physiotherapist

Jatinder graduated with a Bachelor of Science (Honours) in Physiotherapy from the Singapore Institute of Technology in collaboration with Trinity College Dublin. His clinical practice is grounded in evidence-based care and a commitment to delivering personalised, patient-centred treatment. A former school hockey player, Jatinder developed an early appreciation for movement, performance, and injury recovery. He remains actively involved in sport, regularly playing football and hockey. During his competitive hockey career, he won medals at both the National School Games and the National League, experiences that have given him first-hand insight into the physical and mental demands of training, competition, injury, and recovery. Having also participated recreationally in a wide variety of sports, he understands the unique challenges faced by individuals with different activity levels and sporting goals. Jatinder believes that successful rehabilitation is built on active patient participation. He works collaboratively with each individual to develop meaningful, realistic goals and empowers them to take an active role throughout their recovery journey. Taking a holistic approach to care, Jatinder recognises that every patient has unique circumstances, lifestyles, and aspirations. Rather than focusing solely on a diagnosis, he tailors treatment plans to the individual, ensuring rehabilitation is both effective and relevant to their personal goals. Committed to lifelong learning, Jatinder continually updates his knowledge and clinical skills to ensure his patients receive current, evidence-informed care. Hakim Nasrul Lim

Hakim brings close to nine years of public healthcare experience from Yishun Health to his role at Revitalise. During his tenure, he worked across a broad spectrum of clinical settings including A&E, ICU, acute wards, community hospitals, and home therapy, giving him a well-rounded foundation in both acute and rehabilitative care. He has also extended his practice to nursing home and paediatric settings, allowing him to support clients across different stages of life. Hakim developed a deep specialisation in neurology, with a particular focus on Stroke Rehabilitation. His training in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy further enhances his approach, helping clients identify patterns of thought and behaviour that may affect their recovery, and supporting them in making meaningful, lasting changes in their daily lives. Hakim believes that true rehabilitation goes beyond physical recovery. With his experience across various care settings, he brings a holistic perspective to each client, addressing not just the body but the whole person. He was awarded the Community Care Excellence Award for the Redesigning of Rehabilitation Roles in a COVID-19 Rehabilitation Facility, as well as the Silver Award for Community Care Excellence by AIC in 2025. With his leadership and coaching abilities, Hakim has also led his coaching and development team, which was recognised by NHG with the NHG Teaching Excellence Award. Outside the clinic, Hakim is a dedicated plant parent and terrarium builder. He also enjoys cooking and is passionate about a good cup of coffee.

Darren Choo

Darren is a manual therapist with many years of clinical experience helping people move better, recover from pain, and restore function. He believes that the source of pain is often different from where it is felt, with muscular tightness, joint restrictions, and movement compensations commonly contributing to dysfunction. Rather than simply treating the painful area, Darren focuses on identifying and addressing the underlying causes of pain through targeted manual therapy. His treatments aim to release muscle knots and soft tissue adhesions, reduce excessive muscle tension, improve joint mobility, restore flexibility, and optimise movement using the least painful approach possible. As a certified personal fitness trainer, Darren combines hands-on therapy with practical corrective exercises to support lasting recovery. He works with office professionals, active adults, seniors, and neurodiverse individuals, tailoring each treatment to the individual's needs. Depending on the condition, sessions may incorporate active trigger point release, pin and stretch techniques, myofascial release, assisted stretching, deep tissue therapy, joint mobilisation, and movement retraining. Known for his calm, analytical, and results-oriented approach, Darren takes time to understand each client's movement patterns before developing a personalised treatment plan.
