Amos Ng
Amos has been practicing sports massage since 2019, combining a foundation in sports and exercise science with years of hands-on clinical experience. His background in sports and technology gives him a unique perspective on how modern lifestyles affect our health and recovery. With experience working with clients across all walks of life, Amos has supported recreational athletes, office professionals, and even high-level competitors, including former UFC Women's Strawweight Champion Zhang Weili. Regardless of profile, his approach remains the same: understand the root cause, prioritize safety, and empower clients to get back to the activities that matter to them. Having grown up playing various sports and martial arts, and being an avid video game enthusiast, Amos understands the full spectrum of movement-related issues, from muscular strain on the mats to neck tension from extended screen time, common among office workers and e-sports athletes. He enjoys helping clients develop better awareness of their bodies and build confidence through guided recovery. Outside of work, Amos enjoys martial arts, bodybuilding-inspired training, and video games.
