Lymphatic Drainage Therapy
Treatment
Lymphatic drainage therapy supports the body's natural detoxification process by stimulating lymph flow and reducing fluid retention. In Singapore, our therapists use gentle, evidence-based techniques to relieve swelling, improve circulation, and support recovery, promoting overall wellness and function.

Services
Lymphatic Drainage Therapy (LDT)
Lymphatic Drainage Therapy (LDT) is a gentle, hands-on technique that works with the body's interstitial and lymphatic systems to support fluid movement and stimulate the immune and parasympathetic nervous systems. Manual Lymph Drainage Techniques (MLDT) help influence the flow of lymph and interstitial fluids, while also indirectly supporting other fluid systems in the body, such as blood circulation (both venous and arterial) and cerebrospinal fluid movement.
LDT can positively impact the immune and autonomic nervous systems, as well as the musculoskeletal structure, especially when combined with methods like lympho-fascia release (LFR), which target deeper layers of tissue and body alignment. This therapy, delivered by our certified massage therapist, aids the body's natural detox processes, helps reduce inflammation and swelling, and promotes faster, more complete recovery.
Conditions We Treat
Lymphatic drainage therapy aims to:
Activate Fluid Circulation
Help to "reroute" stagnant fluid (edema, primary and secondary lymphedema) in skin, muscles, viscera, joints, cranial sutures, periosteum, chambers of the eyes, cochlea, etc.
Drain
Toxins: As part of treatments aimed at supporting tissue regeneration, such as in cases of scarring, stretch marks, wrinkles, or post-surgical and post-fracture recovery. Macromolecules (Proteins): LDT supports the removal of protein-rich fluid from the extracellular spaces, aiding in the reabsorption of edema.
Stimulate the immune & parasympathetic system
LDT supports immune function and parasympathetic nervous system activity.
Reduce muscle spasm
Gentle techniques can help reduce muscle tension and spasm.
